This year Music Support will be six years old. Five years ago Andy Franks joined IPM to share what they were working on. One pandemic down the line, where are we now – how to protect our own mental health and the mental health of our crew, on the road after many of us have felt stuck in flight or flight mode for the past 2 years?
This session also serves as a reminder of what organisations and associations are available internationally to production crew and encouragement to look into Mental Health First Aid as a valuable skillset to have on every team.
